I was dozing, listening to the sound of my heartbeat in the silence of my room, when I was struck by how incredible our hearts are. A heart is so vitally important, yet I seldom give mine much thought (except to eat what is supposedly good for it to keep it healthy.) Awestruck by God once again!

Shoe shopping in the markets of Hong Kong when you are a caucasian girl with a shoe size larger than 38 (7 US) goes something like this:

-"Hi, do you carry this shoe in size 43?"
-"33?"
-"No, 43."
-*They look down at my feet and laugh*

Kthanks. I guess me and my huge feet will have to stick to shoe shopping where my feet are considered average.
